On Outside Fashoda Meet Theorem

Summary.

We have proven the ``Fashoda Meet Theorem'' in [14].
Here we prove the outside version of it.
It says that if Britain and France
intended to set the courses for ships to the opposite side
of Africa, they must also meet.
