 I have the pleasure to announce that the winner of the
 "Mizar Prize for Young Researchers" in 2013
 is Boris Shminke from Russia, for his Mizar article
 "Routh's, Menelaus' and Generalized Ceva's Theorems"
 (MML identifier: MENELAUS).

 Value of Prize:  1.000 Euro.

 The prize was founded in 2009 by Prof. Krystyna Kuperberg
 (Auburn University).
