The conference fee covers the attendance costs for the main conference and all workshops (Monday, July 31 to Friday, August 4), the conference kit, lunches and coffee breaks during the whole event, the excursion and the conference dinner (on Wednesday, August 2).

Optional one-day-only registration for the workshop day (Monday, July 31) is also available. Please indicate in the form below the workshops you would like to attend. Registering for WEPN 2023 only is free, but then the participation in other workshops and usage of ITP facilities is not included (in particular, you need to provide your own lunch).

To complete a student registration, a scan of a valid document confirming active studentship must be sent by e-mail to the conference organizers at itp2023@mizar.uwb.edu.pl.

Extra tickets for accompanying persons for the excursion and the conference dinner cost an extra 70 EUR per person. Please indicate the number of needed extra tickets within the form below.

An optional after-conference trip to Bialowieza National Park can be organized on the day following the conference (Saturday, August 5). If you are interested in taking part in such a trip, please select the option in the form below. The actual cost will depend on the number of people interested and will be paid on site.
