  We would like to inform that Library Committee of the Association of 
Mizar Users decided that it is no longer allowed to insert any symbols 
with extended ASCII in new vocabularies. Articles which use new 
vocabularies consisting extended ASCII will be returned to the authors to 
correct. TeX-like commands are recommended.
