 === Scope ===

The conference covers all topics in artificial intelligence techniques for data exploration
and representation for medical and social applications including, but not limited to:

- artificial neural networks,
- data visualization,
- fuzzy sets,
- rough sets,
- Bayesian networks,
- logical knowledge representation.

 === Submission ===
 
A summary (1-2 pages) and a filled registration form should be submitted by July 15, 2010.

Full papers can be written in Polish or English and sent via e-mail (the deadline will be
announced after the acceptance of a paper). A paper cannot exceed 12 pages.

Papers will be published in the conference proceedings on the conference's website.

After the conference, positively reviewed papers (in English and after the application made by the author)
will be published in the annual journal "Studies in Logic, Grammar and Rhetoric"
(assigned 6 pts in the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education list of journals) published
by The Department of Logic, Informatics and Philosophy of Science of the University of Bialystok,
or in "Zeszyty Naukowe Politechniki Bialostockiej. Informatyka" (assigned 4 pts in the
Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education list of journals) published by Bialystok University of Technology.

 === Important dates ===

 - Summary (1-2 pages) submission: July 15, 2010
 - Notification of acceptance: July 21, 2010
 - Conference date: September 15 - 18, 2010

 === Fees ===

The amount of the conference fee (full board, lodgings, conference proceedings) is 600 PLN.
PTI members receive a discount of 10%. It should be paid before August 25, 2010.

 === Place ===

The conference will take place on September 15-18, 2010 in the Recreation and Education
Centre of Bialystok University of Technology in Holny Mejera.
It is planned to spend one day on a trip.
