Yes, I think you can download it already now from Grzegorz's pages,
though I do not know how user-friendly the installation currently is.
We have been working on integrating some mmlquery functionality with the 
Mizar mode for Emacs, and I think the first version is not far from 
being released - the additional data would than be cca 50 MB I think.
