Referencing Mizar articles

Hi,

because the vol. numbers of "Formalized Mathematics" and "Journal of
Formalized Mathematics" differ the question is how to reference Mizar
articles in non-Mizar papers. I would prefer to use "Formalized Mathe-
matics". But then how to reference Mizar articles already included
in "Journal of Formalized Mathematics", but not yet in "Formalized
Mathematics"? Simply stating "to appear in Formalized Mathematics"
ignores the fact that the contents of the article already is accessible
via web.

As far as I know there is no policy about that, yet. Is there any
opinion about this topic?
